 Q: WHAT PROGRAMS ARE YOUR TEMPLATES COMPATIBLE WITH?

A: All of our templates can be used with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. If you are interested in testing out the designs and don’t currently have access to either of these programs, you can download a free Photoshop trial here.
 

 Q: WHO CAN USE THE TEMPLATES?

A: Our design templates are designed for professional photographers, wedding planners, florists, & Photoshop users. Professional creatives with previous Photoshop experience can easily update the text and colors to make the templates work with their businesses, so you don’t have to be a photographer in order to use our designs.
 

Q: WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE UPON PURCHASING A TEMPLATE?

A: Each template comes with layered .PSD files and detailed instructions for editing your templates. Please note that no physical product is exchanged upon purchase.
 

 Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ACCESS MY FILES?

A: All of our templates are available for immediate use! You will receive an email with your download link shortly after your order goes through.
 

 Q: ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY TEMPLATES CUSTOMIZABLE?

A: Absolutely! All of our products are completely customizable. You are free to update all colors, text, fonts, and images as you wish! Instructions are also provided with each purchase to guarantee proper use of the layered templates.
 

 Q: ARE YOU TAKING ON CUSTOM PROJECTS?

A: We’re currently not taking on any custom work, but if there is a specific template you have in mind and do not see in the shop, feel free to send us a message!
 

 Q: CAN I RESELL ANY OF THE DESIGNS ON YOUR SITE?

A: That's a big, fat NO. None of the designs may be resold in part or in whole. Bittersweet Design Boutique retains all copyrights for the design work.
 

 Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY PRINTER RECOMMENDATIONS?

A: Here are our favorite printing labs (you are able to use the templates wherever you’d like, if you have a favorite printer that is not on this list):
